General Information

Our 5^th annual Midnight Mass car show on July 26, 2008 will be held at Cal Expo.

 The show will be held in the west parking lot from 5:00 to midnight. All
vendors will be mixed in with the cars, so that everyone has equal exposure.
Since it is in the open make sure to bring your popup for shade. We are
expecting around 500 cars for the show and around 5,000 + spectators.

  Vendor fees are $50.00 plus one raffle prize for a 10 X 10 space or $100 for a 10 X 20 space.

All vendors MUST prepay before July 11, 2008.

Vendor raffle prizes can be brought to the show but please let us know what your donation is.

 Lighting

     The parking lot has four over head typical outside lights. We will be providing four large portable lights with generators.

So if you want additional lights at your booth, you will need to bring some with you.

There is not enough electrical hook ups for everybody to have their own.

We will have to share, so make sure you bring a power bar and extension cords.

Set-up hours: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Show hours: 5:00 PM to Midnight

Move-out hours: Anytime after 11:30 PM
